There aren't many joke books that are appropriate young and old alike...this one qualifies and then some! The cartoons of Milton are hilarious and the jokes (the one-liners are my favorite) are such fun. Good, clean fun (a rarity.) I like this book so much that I'm buying extra copies for my father and my best buddy.
Wow! I bought this book for my oldest son for his birthday, but it was my wife who took it over and sat until she read it from beginning 'til end (she laughed out loud a lot.) I would recommend this book for anyone looking for snickers, giggles, guffaws, and general laughs. It's like this guy set up security cameras in my car, home and brain--these observations are spot on and they perfectly capture the weird and confusing thing I sometimes call my life. When talking about writers, we usually say an author has a great ear for dialogue or makes funny observations. But Kwasny not only has a great ear, he also has a great eye. What's more, the illustrations are brilliant, colorful, and funny as hell. They could almost stand on their own without the jokes and one-liners. This book could make a great gift, and without fear of offending--because the humor is clean. I suggest you buy yourself a copy and then get more for gifts like I did.
Purchased on and expected more than the same joke spread across several pages. The drawing on the cover is about the best of the artwork. It is a little funny, and the book was cheap, but not a good use of even a dollar.
Go ahead and laugh in the face of misery! Chances are, you know someone like Miserable Milton, or you are this character. Either way, he will keep you laughing. Misery Loves Company is fun, funny and fantastic. Looking forward to more MIlton!
Good wholesome humor. Anyone can enjoy Miserable Milton and his humor of being simple-minded. Looking forward to Mr. Kwasny's next publication. He could be a syndicated cartoonist.

This is a mighty little book that will have you laughing and thinking at the same time, well written and thought out with cute little cartoons that are simple yet powerfully effective. Great book can't wait for the hard copy!!
